We would like to propose a meeting the night before the Workshop starts. We'd like to pick up those of you who are interested at your hotels at 6:30 pm on Thursday and show you how to get to the University. Once we get there, we can all grab a drink and get to know one another.

Ignacy Szczeniowski will pick up those of you staying at the Ibis hotel at 6:30 (meeting in the lobby) and
Natalia Karczewska will be waiting in the lobby of Hera at 6:30.

They will also help you buy bus tickets etc.
